I am a 30+ year resident of the Quad Cities, being raised for most of my life in Davenport, Iowa. I attended St. Ambrose College while working part-time at Davenport Bank (now Wells Fargo) as a Commercial Loan Analyst. I graduated in 1986 with a degree in accounting and went to work in the Internal Audit Department. In 1990 I began working for Threaded Products, Inc. and I am still a partner in that firm.

In the fall of 2005 I decided to pursue a career in real estate. After extensive education I received my license to sell real estate in both Iowa and Illinois in the spring of 2006. I have expanded my real estate education by compIeting the Certifeid Residential Specialist (CRS) certification program. Less than 38,000 real etsate agents in the nation have received this CRS designation. I also completed the Shortsale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and ePro certification programs offered through the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

I also have personal experience in purchasing, refurbishing and selling "flip" homes.
